We offer a free 15-minute initial telephone consultation to all new clients, to discuss your current needs and to check we are the right fit for working together. Please feel free to contact us with any queries.
Payment for sessions can then either be self-funded or paid for using your health insurance. We are recognised by most major health insurance providers.

Payment

​Payment is required in advance of each session via online BACS payment. If using your health insurance, sessions are invoiced and paid for directly by your insurance.

Cancellation
​
​We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This allows someone else to have access to a session if needed.
​
​If you give more than 48 hours notice there is no charge. However, if you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full fee. Please note – insurance companies do not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments and you will be liable to pay the full fee.
